It attests that whoever controls this address proved it with an action only the key-holder can take. When the claim is an on-chain action, the record can carry a transaction hash so you pull it off the chain yourself — the hash and the status are optional, since not every claim is on-chain. In this demo the self-send entries are illustrative.
Never a person

Almstins does not link an address to a legal identity. It proves control, never ownership by a named party. That refusal is the design, not a gap.
