One real proof, checked in front of you
This is an actual Almstins verification proof: signed with our own key and its timestamp anchored into a Bitcoin block. Nothing below trusts our word. Your browser recomputes every check live with real cryptography, and you can confirm the Bitcoin timestamp yourself against the public chain.
Checking…
Recomputing the signature, the records, and the anchor in your browser.
What this proof claims
Scope is explicit. This proves control of the address only. It is not a claim of legal ownership of any underlying asset, and not a statement that the address is safe to transact with.
What "Verified" means here — and what it never claims
- Genuine and datedA real, unaltered Almstins proof, timestamped in Bitcoin. This part is fully checked below — it vouches for the document, and for when it existed.
- Control of the address — not who holds itIt attests that whoever controls this address proved it with an action only the key-holder can take. When the claim is an on-chain action, the record can carry a transaction hash so you pull it off the chain yourself — the hash and the status are optional, since not every claim is on-chain. In this demo the self-send entries are illustrative.
- Never a personAlmstins does not link an address to a legal identity. It proves control, never ownership by a named party. That refusal is the design, not a gap.
What your browser just checked
Timestamped in Bitcoin
—
Block time of the Bitcoin transaction that commits this proof's digest. Almstins cannot forge or backdate it — it would have to rewrite Bitcoin.
- Anchor
- OpenTimestamps → Bitcoin
- Digest
Confirm it independently. Download the raw OpenTimestamps receipt and verify it against Bitcoin yourself — with the OpenTimestamps client or web verifier. It resolves to the same block time without asking Almstins anything.
Honest framing: the signature and the Bitcoin anchor here are entirely real. The record set inside the proof is illustrative — sample self-send entries, not a live wallet. What a production proof adds is the wiring that fills this exact structure with independently verified facts. The proof container is done; connecting the facts is the build.

Make one yourself
This proof was made by Almstins Verify. Claim and prove control of your own address — no wallet connection, no private keys.
Verified locally with your browser's WebCrypto — SHA-256 Merkle tree, RFC-8785 canonical manifest, and Ed25519 signature. No request leaves this page to check the proof.
